Position Overview:
- Fully remote role supporting clients in Colorado
- No state licensure required — only credentialing
- Looking for someone bilingual
- Immediate start required
- Flexible structure: Part-time or Full-time options available
- Caseload includes both ongoing supervision and initial assessments
- Clients scheduled across morning and afternoon hours (Mountain Time)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee and manage a full caseload of RBTs remotely
- Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance
- Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in CentralReach
- Ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective care across all clients
Who We’re Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification
- Able to complete credentialing in Colorado (no license required)
- Strong experience with CentralReach (required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage a full remote caseload independently
- Ready to start immediately and take ownership from day one
- Comfortable supporting both morning and afternoon client schedules
Compensation:
- Hourly: $70–$90/hour (based on experience)
- Full-Time Salary Option Available: For BCBAs overseeing 220 billable hours weekly across their RBT caseload
- Competitive salary structure based on experience and performance
