About the position The Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative role involves managing financial transactions and providing excellent customer service in a banking environment. This is a contract position based in Phoenix, AZ, with a standard day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Responsibilities Manage all forms of financial accounts within the organization. , Handle cash transactions including deposits and withdrawals. , Provide customer service and assist customers with their banking needs. , Reconcile daily deposit transactions and maintain accurate financial records. , Analyze fiscal data and ensure compliance with bank standards and processes. , Answer phone inquiries and provide information to customers. , Maintain cash drawer and ensure accuracy in cash handling. Requirements High school diploma or GED. , Experience in customer service and cash handling. , Basic math and computer skills. , Excellent communication skills. , Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency. , Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. , Knowledge of bank standards and processes.
