What You’ll Do • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through issuance • Supervise, mentor, and develop Senior Associates and Associates • Serve as a primary client contact and trusted advisor • Review workpapers, financial statements, and technical accounting matters • Research and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues • Collaborate with firm leadership on practice growth and process improvement • Identify value-add opportunities for clients What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of public accounting experience (audit focus) • Active CPA license • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS • Experience managing audit teams and multiple engagements • Excellent communication and client relationship skills • A leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring • Desire to grow within a progressive, expanding firm Our Clients Privately held middle-market companies across diverse industries including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, real estate, hospitality, technology, and nonprofit organizations.
