Founder of an award-winning U.S.-based digital marketing agency specializing in
system-driven business growth. The company offers services including web
development, SEO, paid ads, funnel building, social media management, and
AI-powered solutions.
Role Objective
The Appointment Setter will be responsible for generating and booking qualified
sales appointments for the internal sales team. The primary goal is to ensure a
consistent flow of scheduled calls for closers to convert into clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting via:
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
Instagram
Engage with leads through:
- Direct
messaging (DMs)
- Social
media outreach
- Qualify
potential leads based on service fit
- Book
appointments directly into the company calendar
- Maintain
consistent follow-ups with prospects
- Ensure
accurate tracking of leads and appointments in CRM
- Meet
weekly booking targets
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Minimum 4–5 qualified appointments per week
- Consistent
outreach activity
- Lead
response and follow-up efficiency
- Quality
of booked calls (show-up rate and relevance)

Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Sales VA
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, funnels, ads,
etc.)

to work independently with minimal supervision

written communication and persuasion skills
- Proactive,
organized, and consistent
