What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience delivering applied ML solutions into production.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs and NLP use cases.
• Advanced Python skills and experience with modern ML frameworks.
• Solid experience with AWS (GCP is beneficial).
• Background in microservices architecture and systems integration.
• Experience integrating third-party AI tools and APIs.
• Comfortable leading teams and setting technical direction.
• Payments or fintech experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English.
