What You’ll Be Doing - Build and maintain strong customer relationships with kitchen & bath professionals, fabricators, and retailers - Stay up-to-date on Spectrum Quartz product knowledge and industry trends - Follow up on leads and referrals, developing trusted advisor relationships with key partners - Represent Spectrum Quartz at trade shows, marketing events, and industry associations - Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to meet sales quotas - Use Salesforce daily to log customer visits, forecast, and track customer metrics using Salesforce - Collaborate with center managers to grow territory performance and report on initiatives - Resolve client issues and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction You’re a Great Fit If You Have… - Proven success in sales as an Account Manager or similar role in the quartz/natural stone industry - Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Ability to manage multiple accounts with precision and attention to detail - Clean driving and criminal record - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) - 5+ years of experience in sales or the design industry Tools & Travel - Systems: Microsoft 365 and Salesforce - Travel: 80–90% within assigned territory (customers, trade shows, associations) - Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (samples and trade show materials) What We Offer - Monday–Friday schedule - 90% company-paid medical and dental insurance after 30 days - 401(k) with up to 4% company match - Paid holidays and PTO - Career development in a fast-growing company with a premium product line If you're ready to bring your energy, expertise, and drive to a company that values innovation and relationships, apply today and help us make Spectrum Quartz the top choice in premium surfaces!
