Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behaviors
- Implement skill-building programs and individualized care plans as part of the clinical team
- Accurately record session data using electronic devices
- Foster a positive learning environment and build strong relationships with clients and families
- Collaborate with families and other providers to enhance treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and a passion for working with children with autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Reliable transportation
Need to Know:
- Services are provided in clients homes or community-based settings
- All positions start as part-time
- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course is required
- Minimum 6-month commitment required
