About the Role:
Role: Full time | Remote - Michigan residents

As a remote Customer Service Agent ?uto Dealer Support at Morley, you'll act as a resource for automotive dealerships needing help with orders they've placed.
You don't need to know anything about cars or parts ?e'll train you on everything you need to know to succeed!
What You'll Do
?rovide fantastic service over the phone
?se your computer skills to:
?esearch requests related to profile assistance
?rack vehicle shipments and vehicle orders
?ssist with car warranties
?scalate critical orders
?ffer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Eligibility Requirements
?igh school diploma or equivalent
?wo or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
?vailable to work during the hours below. Note: Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive.

Monday - Friday
