Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager (Windchill) to lead and manage the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of our Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of PLM processes, and expertise in Windchill to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, on time, and on budget.
? As a Windchill Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all phases of the Windchill project lifecycle, including system configurations, data migration, user training, and post-implementation support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the system meets organizational needs and drives business value.
? Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Windchill PLM projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
? Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while managing project scope and risk.
? Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the Windchill PLM system to meet the organization's specific needs.
? Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors to ensure that the system is properly implemented, configured, and aligned with business processes.
? Manage data migration efforts, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of product and project data.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, IT, and supply chain to ensure smooth collaboration and integration with existing systems.
? Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
? Facilitate meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project expectations and goals.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
