Position Summary
The primary purpose of this position is computer data entry of prescription orders and medical records.
Position Details:
?PM-9:30PM Mon-Fri, every other Sat/Sun 9AM-5:30PM
?rameWorks LTC Experience required, Docutrack preferred
?ust currently live in a state Symbria Rx Services is licensed in: AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, MI, MO, PA, OH, WI
Responsibilities
?ontact physician? office as needed for refill authorization.
?ontact client for verification of orders as needed.
?rocess all new and refill prescriptions.
?pen orders as needed, verify eligibility, proof and input prescriptions while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
?ocument correspondence and follow up in the system.
?repare audit sheets and provide feedback to manager.
?orward incomplete or rejected scripts to appropriate department for resolution and track status in the system.
?nitiate and document correspondence and follow up in system.
?ay assist with research of lost or missing orders per internal department requests.
?ay provide backup support to other pharmacy groups based on business needs or production levels.
?nswer incoming calls promptly and provide high standard of customer service to the client.
Qualifications
?igh School diploma or general education degree (GED).
?harmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements.
?ong-term care pharmacy experience preferred.
?rameworks and Docutrack experience preferred.
?bility to work in a flexible schedule as operational needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications Preferred:
?harmacy data entry experience; minimum one year.
?trong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology.
