The pay range is $71,000.00 - $128,000.00

As a Communications Manager, Content, You Will

Serve as an expert, partner and planner, driving your work with business, audience and content acumen and strategy. This includes:
? Leading a ?beat? while developing business acumen and building partnerships within the enterprise communications working team
? Engaging in a ?roundtable,? where you?ll use your growing content expertise to collaborate with other communications partners
? Assessing audience insights and pitching audience-driven content ideas
? Setting measurable goals, sharing results and applying learnings to future work
? Crafting content plans that balance our business and audience needs

Bring content plans to life through engaging, multisensory storytelling. This includes:
? Owning the content creation and execution process for your assigned beat alongside your creative teammates
? Writing long- and short-form content ? from press releases and social content to internal newsletter copy and more ? based on channel voice and tone, project objectives and multisensory approach
? Driving through reviews, assessing feedback and revising content by balancing business and audience needs
? Consistently demonstrate behaviors aligned to Target?s values of Inclusivity, Connection and Drive

About You
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience
? Minimum of 4 years of professional experience
? Strong communications and writing skills
? Strong editorial judgement, with ability to focus on both broad, strategic vision and small, critical details
? Ability to develop and execute multiple projects at once and against tight deadlines
? Proven team player
? Experience or interest in learning emerging tools like GenAI, SEO and paid amplification
? Prior experience working in email and web-based content management systems a plus

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as 'Flex for Your Day') work arrangement based on Target's needs.?A Remote work arrangement means the team member works?ull-time from home or?n alternate?ocation that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.?A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
