Overview Of The Role The Director of Sales is responsible for ensuring delivery of core business goals - establishing Costco prominence, delivering incremental sales, and fostering trusting retailer relationships. They will support and develop ongoing processes at a regional level and drive top-line revenue growth and strategic planning. Location: Fully Remote but must be local to the West Coast Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 based on experience, qualifications, and skills Travel Requirements: Up to 25% - including major industry shows, client meetings, and corporate office visits. What You'll Do At C.A. Fortune Engage collaboratively with Leadership, Account Managers, and Sales Support. Facilitate partnerships with clients and internal teams. Implement CAF selling techniques and coordinate specific brand training. Participate in market interactions to provide guidance and training. Ensure team is trained on tools and technology. Provide Meeting Recaps within 24 hours. Maintain regular client communication and proactive engagement. Perform monthly comps/clubs walks in assigned Costco regions. Communicate regularly with leadership on best practices. What You Should Bring To The Table 5+ years of experience in a sales function; sales leadership experience preferred. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Experience selling products directly to Costco. Excellent communication skills. Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications preferred. You Will Stand Out if You Have Experience in a sales leadership position. Extensive Costco experience with natural food & beverage brands.
