Job Summary

Our Marketing Team spends millions of dollars on lead generation, and our Training Department has a combination of over 50 years of experience, we are dedicated to help you master this craft.
Responsibilities and Duties:
?equired to work an evening shift (3PM to 11PM CST Monday-Friday or Sunday - Thursday)
?equired to work 2 weeks of Training (Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM CST).
?nswer a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers
?verage 100-150 calls per day and expect to close 4 to 6 sales daily
?dentify the needs of prospective customers and sell the motor vehicle contract that best protects their investment
?trive to successfully complete a one-call close
?asterfully overcome objections by leveraging rebuttal tactics
?ersuasively-educating consumers on the benefits and value of a vehicle service contract
?emain open to constructive feedback, training and mentorship from managers and leaders
?ork effectively as a team-player, contributing to a positive environment
?eing interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner is an essential function of the job; therefore, camera usage is required for training, team meetings, and meetings with management.

Qualifications: ?an-do attitude and driven mindset ?esire to win and achieve consistently ?nalyzing a problem and taking effective action ?bility to execute active listening and rapport-building skills ?onfidence and resilience to overcome challenges ?trong computer literacy and prior knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system ?oal-oriented?ou set high standards for yourself and work to achieve them ?xcellent verbal and written communication ?njoy being part of a high performing team, but motivated by individual accomplishments ?njoy healthy competition and competitive spirit ?trive for continuous improvement to consistently exceed personal sales metrics ?bility to prioritize, organize and multitask ?igh school diploma or GED required ?ilingual (English/Spanish) a plus ?roperty & Casualty license a plus ? years of commission-based sales experience ? years of negotiation experience ? years of call center experience ? years of contract sales ?he candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
