Delta Professional Services (DPS) is a premier flight training and standards company who conducts business throughout the United States. The Program Manager is responsible for leading and motivating a team of DPS individuals that are responsible for providing high quality customer service and support for Delta Air Lines. DPS provides key resources and support to multiple groups including but not limited to training, curriculum development, planning, and fleet resources. The incumbent will also support the growing DPS business by leading efforts to create streamlined business and day to day operational processes within their workstream through the oversight of the organizations standard operating procedures (SOPs). This position reports to the General Manager, Atlanta Operations for Delta Professional Services (DPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS
? Manages and provides support for DPS employees assigned to Delta
? Coordination with DPS sourcing as needed to support Delta Operations
? Manages the relationships and communication strategies with Delta supervisors
? In coordination with Delta supervisors, responsible for DPS employee performance
? Partner with Delta supervisors to identify target needs and staffing requirements
Delta Professional Services DPS
? Collect and analyze data in collaboration with Delta teams
? Coordinate employee transitions with multiples teams within Delta and DPS
? Write and distribute periodic DPS employee communication
? Coordinate periodic town-hall meetings
? Review and approve employee expenses
? Other duties as assigned by the General Manager, Atlanta Operations
ADDITIONAL PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITIES
? Develops a comprehensive list of work processes related to Delta support and documents a step-by-step process flow for each identified process

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
? Solid organizational and leadership skills.
? Conversant with Air Carrier Flight Operations and Federal Aviation Regulations.
? Conversant with Air Carrier Training Requirements
? Must be able to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) and present to employees
and executive leadership
? Solid computer skills including proficiency with MS Office 365 and other Delta/DPS software
? Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
? Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
? Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
? Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
