This Client?Customer Service Support Representative?will join our Contact Center team for Client AR & Customer Service in RCM. This position will work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. The Customer Service Support Representative?will provide product education and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Customer Service and motivated to work with a customer centric team in an innovative company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
?ollow approved SOP? to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims
?ontinuous evaluation of current policies and SOP? and give recommendations for process improvements
?andle sensitive information in a confidential manner
?eading and understanding of explanation of benefits or correspondence
?ocument all activity made to a claim
?ommunicate via telephone with a physician, insurance company and patients
?tilize tools to verify eligibility, claim status and/or to obtain better billing information

REQUIREMENTS
?igh School Diploma or equivalent
?EMOTE WORK:?
?edicated work from home space?
?bility to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity?
?revious medical and/or call center experience a plus.?

Technical Requirements?
?nternet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second?
?o satellite internet?
?bility to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord.? Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers or mobile hotspot with ethernet port.?

Pay Range: $15.25-21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher. ?

All job offers will be based on a candidate? skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
