Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to identify top talent. Deliver onboarding and training programs. Mentor and coach individuals to support their professional growth. Utilize digital marketing and social media to build branding and attract candidates. Participate actively in our vibrant online training community. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of proven previous success in a HR recruitment and talent development. Strong digital marketing and social media skills.
