HR Business Partner Leader

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner Leader to join our team and drive people initiatives that align with business goals. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior level leadership, delivering expertise in talent strategy & development, workforce planning, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and influential HR professional with a proven track record of leading high-impact teams, navigating complex change, and fostering a culture of performance, inclusion, and innovation. This role will play a critical part in shaping our people strategy and supporting leaders to build and sustain a high-performing organization. Provides leadership and guidance to leadership and staff to ensure consistent practices throughout the organization. Manages and ensures requests are met in a timely manner related to recruitment, staffing, employee relations, compensation, workforce planning, recognition/reward, relocation, etc. Manages and implements HR programs, processes, and practices within client groups in coordination with subject matter experts (SMEs). Assesses and prioritizes functional workforce needs and collaborates with management and/or HR leadership in identifying solutions and leading their implementation. Provides guidance on organizational effectiveness, change, design interventions, and initiatives within the respective client groups. Provides management with coaching and consulting support in all areas of talent management, including selection, assessment, development, deployment, engagement, and retention of talent. Engages in ongoing assessment of HR process effectiveness and identification of improvement opportunities and solutions. Hires, trains, onboards, develops, and manages a team of HR professionals in their day-to-day performance. Education Required:Bachelor's Degree in HR management, consulting, business, project management, or related discipline. Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position. Experience Required:5+ years of experience as an individual contributor with increasing levels of responsibility.2+ years in an HR Manager role. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of: Human Resources laws, regulations, and best practices; HR department processes, policies, and procedures; Microsoft Office Suite. Skill in: Building trusted partnerships; developing interpersonal relationships with leadership and colleagues; working as member of a team; communicating effectively; establishing and maintaining effective working relationships. Ability to: Work in a fast-paced environment; stay organized, prioritize workload, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
