You will work closely with other team members and departments to stay updated on the latest events, promotions, and details regarding our various destinations and offerings. ### Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, social media, and other digital platforms.
2. Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding attractions, events, and accommodations.
3. Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments or senior staff.
4. Maintain a courteous and empathetic demeanor in all guest interactions.
5. Document all communications and actions taken in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
6. Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about Disney products and services.
7. Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
### Requirements:
1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in using digital communication tools and social media platforms.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. High school diploma or equivalent.
6. Passion for the Disney brand and a strong commitment to customer service.
7. Experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
### Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent is required.
– Further certification in communication, public relations, or related field is a plus.
### Experience:
– Prior experience in customer service, communication, or a related field is highly desirable but not mandatory.
