German Customer Care Representative

Company’s HQ: Athens Working Model: Remote or Hybrid in Greece ️You will be reporting to: Operations Manager. What you will do:Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions. More specifically:Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers.
