Full Charge Bookkeeper (Part Time) Part Time Full Charge Bookkeeper (Minimum 2 years experience in our niche required) We are looking for competent, personable, full-charge bookkeepers with experience in spa, medical practices, salon, health, and wellness businesses. Wellness Capital Management provides a proprietary budgeting, remote bookkeeping, and financial coaching system. Our clientele is coast to coast. Our bookkeepers perform all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly bookkeeping functions including, posting sales, matching deposits, account reconciliation, online banking, close of day reconciliation, payroll, payroll and business tax preparation and filing. At year-end, we prepare the books through trial balance for presentation to client's CPA. In addition, our bookkeepers update and troubleshoot the working budget for our clients. You must be: • An excellent bookkeeper experienced working with small businesses in our niche; Medical Spas, Day Spas, Integrative Health & Wellness Clinics, Fitness Studios & Health Practitioners. • Highly competent and experienced with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online. Internet savvy. • Highly organized and an excellent communicator. • More than a data entry person. We expect that you take responsibility to proof your work to ensure that it makes sound financial sense. • Someone who genuinely cares about the financial health and profitability of a client’s business and the accuracy, timeliness, and condition of their books. • Able to deliver a high level of professional bookkeeping services with a high level of hospitality, timeliness, efficiency and caring. • A person of high integrity who is bondable, and able to pass a stringent reference, background, and personal credit check.
