Job Description
As a Flight Crew Member at Delta Airlines, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers. You will work collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals to create exceptional in-flight experiences. Your responsibilities will include conducting safety checks, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting passengers throughout their journey.
Requirements
– Must be at least 18 years of age
– High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Must pass background checks, including drug screening
– Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
– Ensure the safety of passengers and crew during all phases of flight
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings
– Provide high-quality customer service and support to passengers
– Assist with boarding and deplaning of passengers
– Handle in-flight service, including food and beverage deliveries
– Address passenger inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
– Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment
