**Job Description:**
As the Facilities Operations Supervisor at Disney, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our facilities, providing a safe, efficient, and magical environment for both our guests and staff. This position involves significant responsibility, requiring an individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
You will oversee the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring that all maintenance and repairs are carried out promptly and to the highest standards. Your role will also involve strategic planning to enhance facility operations, including the implementation of new technologies and processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of facility management, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and will have proven experience in managing a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will also be expected to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, creating a safe environment for everyone at our facilities.
Your ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, from on-site technicians to senior management, will be critical to your success in this role. You will also be responsible for preparing and managing budgets, conducting regular inspections, and reporting on facility operations to senior management.
This role requires a proactive, forward-thinking individual who can anticipate potential issues and implement solutions that align with Disney’s high standards and operational goals.

**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience in facilities management or relevant role.
2. Strong understanding of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Ability to prepare and manage budgets.
5. Strong problem-solving skills.
6. High level of organizational and time management skills.
7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Supervise daily facilities operations and maintenance activities.
2. Manage and lead a team of facilities staff, including training and development.
3. Ensure all facilities meet health and safety regulations and requirements.
4. Oversee the implementation of new systems and technologies to improve facility efficiency.
5. Conduct regular inspections and audits of all facility areas.
6. Prepare detailed reports on facility operations for senior management.
7. Handle emergency situations as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
**Educational Qualifications:**
A Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
**Experience:**
At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within facilities management.
