This role is integral to ensuring that all Disney facilities are operating at the highest standards to provide a seamless experience for both our guests and staff.

As a Facilities Operations Specialist, you will oversee the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will coordinate with various teams to address maintenance issues, manage budgets, and implement facility improvements. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the operational efficiency of our facilities through innovative solutions and diligent management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be expected to maintain Disney’s high standards and contribute to the magic by ensuring all operational aspects of our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.

In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and enforcing maintenance schedules, monitoring utility consumption, and implementing cost-saving measures. Your ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights will be crucial in driving continuous improvement in our facility operations.

This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, allowing flexibility while also requiring occasional travel to various Disney sites for inspections, meetings, and on-ground coordination. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating and maintaining operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

### Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily operations of Disney facilities, ensuring they meet health, safety, and environmental standards.

2. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify areas for improvement.

3. Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair work, and supervise contractors.

4. Develop and manage annual budgets for facility operations, including forecasting and allocating resources effectively.

5. Implement energy-saving measures and sustainability practices within facility operations.

6. Collaborate with various departments to align facility management with overall business objectives.

7. Utilize technology and automation to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of facility management.

### Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in facilities management or operations, preferably in a large, multifaceted organization.

3. Strong leadership and project management skills.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.

6. Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate reports.

7. Willingness to travel to different sites as required.

### Educational Qualifications

– Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

### Experience

– At least 3 years of experience in facility operations or management, preferably within a large, diverse organization.
