**Description:**
As a Facilities Operations Coordinator at Disney, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation of our facilities worldwide. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with multiple departments to ensure that all aspects of our physical and virtual facilities meet Disney’s high standards of operation, safety, and guest satisfaction.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, clean, and functional. You will coordinate maintenance and repairs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in budgeting and forecasting for facilities expenses, and you will provide support for various projects, including renovations and expansions.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be coordinating with team members across various locations and departments, as well as external contractors and service providers.
Your goal will be to ensure that Disney’s facilities are always in top condition, creating a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike, and upholding the magical experience Disney is known for.

**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience in facilities, operations, or a relevant field.
2. Strong understanding of facility management principles and best practices.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
7. Familiarity with compliance and safety procedures.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Coordinate the maintenance and repair of facilities.
2. Oversee vendor and contractor relationships.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting for facilities-related expenses.
5. Manage emergency response and crisis management plans.
6. Conduct regular inspections and audits of physical spaces.
7. Support facility projects, including planning and execution.

**Educational Qualifications:**
