**Job Description:**
As a Facilities Operations Associate, you will support the daily operations and maintenance of Disney’s numerous properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and Disney magic. You will collaborate remotely with a diverse team of professionals and utilize cutting-edge technology to monitor facility conditions, coordinate maintenance tasks, and manage resources effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Monitoring the performance of building systems such as HVAC, lighting, and security.
2. Coordinating with on-site maintenance teams to schedule repairs and routine inspections.
3. Ensuring all facilities comply with health and safety regulations.
4. Analyzing operational data to recommend improvements and efficiencies.
5. Managing inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
6. Assisting with the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
7. Providing remote support for special projects and events hosted at various Disney locations.
This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will report directly to the Facilities Operations Manager and contribute to strategic planning sessions to enhance visitor experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of building management systems.
3. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Commitment to upholding the high standards of The Walt Disney Company’s brand and values.

**Educational Qualifications:**
– Minimum of an Associate degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
– Certification in Facilities Management a plus.

**Experience:**
– At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities operations or building management, preferably in a large, multifaceted organization.
