Job Description Summary As the Service Lifecycle Management Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the creation of the service channel selling upgrades and life cycle solutions to our USCAN customers. This will involve developing and activating life cycle offerings, identifying target opportunities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize business outcomes. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and a customer-focused professional with a passion for driving growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities Partner with Product teams to establish a clear process for segmenting the market and identifying opportunities for life cycle sales Develop and activate life cycle offerings that can be sold through various service channels, including Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Field Operations Develop and implement a data-based strategy to systematically identify opportunities for life cycle sales Be accountable for the highly accelerated growth of the service channel segment Coach and mentor regional service sales teams to enhance their understanding of life cycle offerings and their value proposition Partner with Service Market Managers to activate new offerings in the regions Collaborate with the USCAN marketing team to gain valuable customer insights and drive life cycle solution creation Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the USCAN market Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline, as well as strong operational, commercial, finance, and product leadership experience. You will also need to have experience in offering creation and product management, as well as a demonstrated ability to develop market-backed solutions and lead teams in deploying them. Additionally, you will need to have experience in equipment selling and an understanding of the equipment selling processes. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and a demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. You will also need to have established project management skills, the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs, and a strong support for Inclusion and Diversity principles. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $150,960.00-$226,440.00 per year, as well as a range of perks and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement. We also offer performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
