Key Responsibilities As a Senior Integration Analyst at Workwarp, your primary responsibilities will include: Defining high and low-level integration details to meet the needs of vendors and interface customers, ensuring accurate and timely data exchange. Developing, configuring, and customizing integration solutions, with a focus on proper data mapping, transformation, and routing. Leveraging in-depth knowledge of HL7 interfaces to troubleshoot complex integration issues, optimize performance, and ensure data integrity. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and protocols, including HL7v2 (X12), HL7v3 (XML and FHIR), and JSON, to facilitate seamless data exchange between healthcare systems. Conducting thorough testing and validation of integration workflows to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Serving as a team lead as assigned by management, providing guidance and oversight to less experienced analysts. Developing relationships and exploring opportunities that support the clinical, financial, and strategic objectives of the organization. Participating in establishing standards and procedures, advocating best practices, and serving as a liaison for vendors and internal customers in the implementation and maintenance of integration systems. Providing regular guidance and training to less experienced analysts, contributing to the growth and development of our team. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least five years of experience in interfacing and/or scripting applications, with a proven track record of developing and implementing integration solutions. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Healthcare Informatics. EPIC Bridges Certification, or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire, demonstrating your commitment to professional development and expertise in healthcare information systems. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Cloverleaf Level II Certification, indicating advanced knowledge and skills in integration solutions and healthcare information systems. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize system performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships and provide guidance and training to less experienced analysts. In-depth knowledge of HL7 interfaces and industry standards and protocols, including HL7v2 (X12), HL7v3 (XML and FHIR), and JSON. Experience with integration solutions and healthcare information systems, including EPIC and Cloverleaf. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
