Key Responsibilities Place outbound customer contacts, follow-up emails to customers, and respond to basic inquiries in a timely and professional manner Update and maintain customer call database, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles Provide management support, including profile creation and updating Perform filing, data entry, and document production tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail Create and update customer service issue tickets, ensuring that all issues are properly documented and resolved Assist in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer support process and manage special management projects, as well as overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data entry, and internet research tasks Manage the company's lobby area, greeting and directing all visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and customers, and ensuring that they are properly seated and notified of their arrival/appointment Perform general office duties, including but not limited to filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work Responsible for checking and ordering supply materials as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: Ability to work remotely from home with minimal supervision Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management Proven ability to follow instructions and company guidelines to perform essential job functions Demonstrated analytical capabilities, with the ability to problem-solve and think critically Energetic and focused, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in customer support or a related field Experience with data entry software and systems Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems Ability to speak multiple languages Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing Problem-solving skills: ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions Time management skills: ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines Organizational skills: ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, and to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Technical skills: proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to learn new software and systems as needed Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At our company, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
