We're now seeking highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team and play a crucial role in ensuring our users have an exceptional experience on our platform. About Our Company and the Role AIT is a 100% privately-owned Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) company that provides infrastructure resources to clients ranging from small to medium-sized companies and organizations to Fortune 500 businesses, state, and federal government entities. Our state-of-the-art data center in Fayetteville, NC, is a testament to our commitment to delivering top-notch services. As a Customer Service Representative for Match Awards, you will be the vital link between our user community and our development team, working closely to identify and rectify issues, drive continual improvement, and maximize user engagement. Key Responsibilities Guide new users in creating effective profiles to maximize their contract, grant, financing, and loan opportunities on our social media platform. Engage with users on our platform, addressing their queries and concerns through various channels, including our in-house ticket system, chat, conferencing, and phone support. Utilize our in-house tools to conduct Beta Testing, ensuring the smooth functionality of our platform and identifying areas for improvement. Analyze relevant data to identify trends, failures, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive platform enhancements. Collaborate with our marketing team to optimize PPC and SEO strategies, driving user acquisition and retention. Identify potential product bugs reported by real users and coordinate with the development team to resolve issues promptly. Maintain exceptional written and spoken English communication skills, leveraging AI for research and providing top-notch support to our users. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess: A minimum of two years of experience in social media customer service or a related field, or higher-level education in a relevant discipline. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, VPN, and CRM tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies. Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to use AI for research and provide empathetic support to users. The ability to engage professionally and empathetically with users on social media platforms, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. Additional skills that will give you a competitive edge: Native or fluent communication in English and one or more other languages, or the ability to use Google Translate/AI to support users from diverse linguistic backgrounds. Experience with social media platform management, content creation, and community engagement. Familiarity with customer service software and tools, such as ticketing systems and chat platforms.
