Retain existing customer monthly memberships by building strong relationships, addressing concerns, and offering personalized support. Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services, responding to customer questions and queries. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary. Document and update customer records based on interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
