Key Responsibilities Providing exceptional customer service through online chat channels, responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers, working closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Documenting customer interactions and issues for future reference, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting changes to enhance customer service. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently from a home office, with minimal supervision. Familiarity with online chat platforms and social media, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. Preferred qualifications include: Previous customer service experience, particularly in a chat support or online environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions.
