Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Production Associate to join our team, operating and maintaining equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets. As a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining at least one process, equipment, or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and using your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets Use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards Ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed Understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them Operate in work groups and monitor processes within an assigned area of responsibility Monitor a variety of functions and respond to problems as needed Operate equipment while evaluating and documenting product and package quality Keep work area clean, including scrubbing, sweeping, reaching, and bending Communicate with supervision and other departments concerning quality and processing issues Provide sanitary assessment and cleaning of the area assigned to Pass certification processes for work assignments; follow procedures accurately and repeatedly Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (Required) Punctuality Good Communication Ability to Learn new skills Team Player/Contributor Work any shift and hours Be able to bend, lift, squat, and twist in an 8-hour period Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A history of increasing responsibility and accountability in prior employment The ability to work well in a group/team-based setting, and welcome change in an evolving environment Manufacturing Experience (Preferred) Availability to work in a Physical demanding environment, cleaning machines (Required) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Mondelez International, we value our talented employees and strive to help them grow professionally.
