About the Role As a Premier Customer Service Representative and Participant Services Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and driving business growth. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a challenging and fast-paced role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities Handle all incoming and outgoing customer phone calls, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner Respond to email, voicemail, and chat inquiries from customers, providing high-quality and customer-focused answers to their questions Provide education and support to customers on our products and services, including healthcare and benefits solutions Troubleshoot issues related to web and online tools, consulting with customers to support easy navigation and resolution of their issues Accountable for resolving issues without management intervention, removing barriers for our members and providing exceptional service Maintain a professional approach to client service, consistent with Inspira protocol and service levels Other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in customer service, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a college degree is preferred. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a call center environment, is also preferred. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with prior call center experience preferred Computer knowledge and skills, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies Able to learn, memorize, and retain information, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of medical and reimbursement terminology is preferred Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is required Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of healthcare and benefits solutions, with the ability to provide education and support to customers Experience with web and online tools, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Career Growth and Development At Inspira Financial, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
