About the Role As a Mentor Data Analyst, you will be responsible for guiding and advising students on a weekly basis through their training programs. You will be a role model and share your industry know-how with students, inspiring them with your advice and experience in your field. Your main tasks during weekly meetings will be to: Guide and advise your students in the completion of the projects within their training program. Inspire your students with your advice and experience in your field. Monitor your students' progress throughout the mentoring sessions. Report problems and difficulties related to your students. Experience and Skills Required To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in data analysis and a passion for mentoring. The following skills and qualifications are required: A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst. Proficiency in Python or R programming languages. Experience in gathering data, standardizing it while maintaining its integrity, and interpreting data, identifying trends, and helping others make sense of it. Experience in presenting data, creating dashboards, visualizations, and written reports, as well as analyzing data to support decision-making and improve the company's strategy. The ability to simplify complex concepts, set objectives, and give constructive feedback.
