Accurately transcribe dictations from healthcare professionals in a timely manner.
Utilize electronic records software to maintain high standards of documentation.
Meet scheduled work hours and production targets consistently.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Transcriptionist in a clinical setting.
Proficient in computer and word processing software, with a solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, editing, and spelling.
Excellent organizational and self-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Familiarity with current medical transcription guidelines and best practices.
Good hearing and vision acuity to process work accurately and efficiently.
A dedicated remote workspace that complies with safety, confidentiality, and electronic records standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Medical Transcription certification from an accredited program or professional organization.
At least 1 year of experience in an oncology or radiation medical environment.
Experience with Mosaic EMR and Winscribe Speech Recognition Technology software.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
