Key Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide personalized support to our clients, addressing their travel needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Customer Inquiry & Complaint Handling: Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, providing timely resolutions and follow-up support. Customer Satisfaction & Feedback: Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. Record Keeping & Supplier Relationships: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
