Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and general travel information. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer. Information Sharing: Provide accurate and up-to-date information on blithequark products, services, policies, and procedures. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system. Customer Education: Guide customers on how to use blithequark online platforms, including booking systems and mobile apps. Essential Qualifications Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
