Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of data entry tasks related to customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all entered information. Work closely with the customer service team to support seamless customer experiences and efficient problem resolution. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, to perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records. Develop and maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle complex data entry projects. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both verbally and in writing. Work independently and as part of a team to achieve data entry goals and objectives. Collaborate with the data entry supervisor to ensure data quality and meet productivity standards. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance data entry skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. Proven experience in data entry or a similar role; experience with customer service or call support roles a plus. Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 40-50 words per minute). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite , especially Excel; experience with CRM systems and databases a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle high volumes of data entry with precision. Good communication skills , both written and verbal; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Blithequark services and products (or similar entertainment industry experience). Knowledge of CRM systems and databases (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle). Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
