Job Summary As an Information Investigator II, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform strategic decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal teams and functional partners. Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization. Support internal business workflows, such as management costing, workforce management, and resource planning. Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and resolve metrics-based issues. Document workflows connected with key processes, data collection, and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes. Collaborate with Data Architects and system architects to support documentation and executions of database plans. Build strategic dynamic structures and compose scripts that help us automate and maximize. Skilled in refining insights from data and combining and creating compelling messaging for leader audiences. Support Planning and Delivery Operations with impromptu demands from our partners. Essential Qualifications 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data engineering, or technical fields. Bachelor's degree in a technical field - Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Economics, Informatics, Computer Science. Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet. Comprehension of social database design and capability. Strong math and analytical skills. Proven self-starter with strong strategic fitness, unwavering discernment, and delivering, and exceptional direction. Successful collaboration and time usage skills. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to take a step back and grasp the big picture. Excellent written and oral communication skills. A demonstrated ability to work with engineering delivery teams to analyze technical concepts. Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment. Familiarity with Disney's business operations and systems. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics.
