Key Responsibilities: Advanced Data Analysis: Apply advanced analytical techniques, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning, to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions. Customer Behavior Analysis: Analyze customer behavior, including type preferences and viewing patterns, to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities. Content Performance Forecasting: Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions and optimize our content launch and episode release strategy. Marketing Strategy Optimization: Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention, and ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance. Ad-Hoc Analysis Support: Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to help drive the business forward and deliver significant outcomes through compelling data storytelling. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through verbal, written, and visual communication. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL and experience in R or Python. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more. Independence and Creativity: Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems. Data Storytelling: Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate Degree: A graduate degree in Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
