Document and escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance, ensuring that gig workers receive the support they need. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will need: Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional support and service.
