Key Responsibilities As a Data Analyst – Remote Co-Op, you will be responsible for: Analyzing large datasets related to organization resources, flight schedules, organization assignments, and relevant facts. Generating regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into organization-related metrics and overall performance. Collaborating with Crew Resources agencies to forecast organization requirements based on flight schedules, organization availability, and regulatory requirements. Assisting in the development of organization planning strategies and optimization models. Managing and maintaining databases and datasets related to organization resources. Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency for effective analysis. Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for organization resource management. Monitoring and evaluating organization-related metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. What You Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience with SQL or database querying tools, including ETL and functional aspects of data modeling. Proficiency in any scripting programming language (Python, Bash, PowerShell), preferred. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, preferred. Strong computer skills with substantial experience in Excel, including VBA. Outside-the-box thinking. Strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills.
