About Our Energy Services Programs Our Energy Services Programs are designed to provide vital assistance to those in need, helping to ensure that everyone has access to the resources they require to thrive. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our digital records, supporting the day-to-day operations of our programs and helping us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Position Overview As a valued member of our team, the Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting and maintaining updated client status records, monitoring emails and logging documents, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines and agency requirements. Key Responsibilities Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline. Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt. Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements. Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services. Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc. Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed. Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings. Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities. Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role. Perform related work as required. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of relevant experience, skills, and personal qualities. The ideal candidate will have: An Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes. Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred, although not essential. Proficiency in using database systems and software applications, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to agency policies and procedures.
