Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Driver Onboarding Specialist and Data Entry Clerk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating with our delivery professionals, reviewing applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Communicate with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email, providing timely updates on the status of their applications and ensuring a positive experience throughout the onboarding process. Order driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and detailed records, utilizing data entry skills to ensure that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required), with a strong foundation in business administration, human resources, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, data entry, HR, or customer service, with a proven track record of providing excellent support and ensuring seamless processes. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately review and process large volumes of information. Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong desire to help people and provide exceptional support. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with delivery professionals, colleagues, and management via phone, email, and text. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, with a strong focus on organization and time management. Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications, with a strong foundation in technology and software systems.
