Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and retention of our customers. Your primary objective will be to foster strong relationships with our customers, understand their business goals, and provide tailored support to help them achieve their objectives. You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans to ensure seamless integration of our solution into customers' businesses Provide ongoing training, education, and support to customers, addressing their technical and business needs Establish regular communication cadence with customers, keeping them informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices Conduct business reviews, assessing customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to drive growth and retention Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, address technical challenges, and implement process improvements Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders, aligning our solution with their business strategy and goals Manage contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, identifying opportunities to expand our footprint within existing customer accounts Essential Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B customer success, client services, or account management role Proven understanding of the SaaS business model and experience supporting SaaS solutions for midmarket and enterprise customers Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities Experience with contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, with a strong focus on customer retention and growth Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with a strong internet connection, quiet space, and professional background Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with translation, localization, and internationalization processes Understanding of modern software development processes, such as continuous delivery Skills and Competencies Results-focused, with a strong emphasis on professional and personal growth Enthusiastic, fun, and energetic, with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills Analytical thinker, with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving Strategic, with the ability to translate high-level strategies into practical implementation plans Leader, with excellent judgment, proactive approach, and strong decision-making skills Customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth, learning, and development.
