Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative with Blithequark's Caremark Member Operations division, you will play a critical role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. Your responsibilities will include: Taking inbound calls from members and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions Providing solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experiences Servicing a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients Receiving comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: Responding to member inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information about their pharmacy benefit plans Resolving member issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Utilizing computer systems and software to access member information and provide solutions Documenting member interactions and maintaining accurate records Collaborating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications High School Diploma or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent experience Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills At least 6 months of healthcare experience What We Offer At Blithequark, we are committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance A wide range of supplemental benefits and discount programs Tuition reimbursement A complete time-off package for full-time colleagues, including company-paid holidays, PTO, and Floating Holidays Benefit and PTO eligibility begins the month following your start day Work Environment and Culture At Blithequark, we offer a flexible work environment, including work-from-home opportunities, to support our team members' work-life balance.
