Position Overview The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in our organization, answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service while extending courtesy and professionalism. As a CSR, you will handle inbound customer service inquiries and problems via telephone and email, effectively recording communications accurately and consistently. Your primary goal will be to identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs, questions, and concerns, and formulate plans of resolution to respond appropriately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and prioritize caller needs, questions, and concerns to provide personalized support and resolution. Formulate plans of resolution and respond appropriately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain and restore customer satisfaction by partnering with other teams as needed and providing proactive solutions. Perform problem analysis, problem determination, and recommended resolutions to callers in accordance with standard protocol. Proactively educate callers on program benefits and services to enhance their experience and promote our offerings. Meet or exceed established call center metrics, attendance standards, and quality levels to contribute to the team's success. Use computer tools to accurately process and document information, ensuring data integrity and compliance with our standards. Develop rapport with callers and adjust communication style to ensure effective interaction and resolution. Provide accurate information about blithequark programs and services, and escalate issues internally as needed, following up on escalated issues to ensure timely resolution. Job Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a High School Diploma and have prior experience in a customer service-related field. You should have great communication skills, be able to multi-task, and have a general working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. Additionally, you will need to have computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with others in a team environment. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in a customer service-related field preferred. Great communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. General working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook. Computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment. Knowledge of customer service software and technology. Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
