Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to guests and travel agent partners via phone, responding to inquiries related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel questions Utilize the Arise Platform to manage client interactions, ensuring seamless and efficient communication Work independently from the comfort of your own home, with the ability to choose from a variety of client programs and service intervals Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Stay up-to-date with the latest cruise line offerings, destinations, and travel trends to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
