Job Summary As a Client Relationship Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and concerns, and will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with our clients, drive program advancement opportunities, and deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Serves as the single point of contact for clients, providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Conducts program surveys, assists clients with agreement pharmacy reviews, and delivers program productivity and streamlining opportunities. Works with internal teams to identify and resolve issues on behalf of clients. Maintains and reinforces client relationships by providing required services that address client issues. Drives 340B program advancement opportunities and claims ownership of the end-to-end solution for client inquiries and issues. Communicates effectively with clients and internal teams, both verbally and in writing. Provides fundamental support to clients for 340B reviews, including explaining data movement through various systems. Participates in client review cycles and offers support on-site or remotely. Maintains accurate records of client interactions, including details, complaints, and feedback. Develops and cultivates working relationships with internal partners, including IT, Stores, Legal, and Sales. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or high school diploma and two years of client or account relationship experience. Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to complex business issues and suggesting and implementing solutions. Experience developing approaches to accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines with minimal management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience communicating with various audiences. Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services. Fundamental level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two years of client/customer service experience. Experience working in a client or account management environment. Experience in the healthcare industry, including 340B, pharmacy, hospital, clinic, or PBM.
