Job Summary As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, customers, patients, and providers. You will build rapport and collaborative relationships with current and prospective members, ensuring compliance with guidelines. Your goal will be to increase customer satisfaction and retention by providing accurate and timely information, preparing them to fully utilize and maximize the benefits of their insurance coverage. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate, consistent, timely, and meaningful information to members, customers, patients, and providers regarding their insurance coverage and benefits. Build rapport and collaborative relationships with current and prospective members, ensuring compliance with guidelines. Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, members, and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish) speaking - fluency required. Two years of Customer Service experience required. Call Center experience required (Healthcare highly preferred). High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field or combination of education and work experience required. Minimum typing speed of 30+ wpm required. High-speed internet connection and ability to work from home in a quiet environment. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in the insurance industry. Knowledge of insurance benefits and coverage.
